Biography
Justine K. Wagner is an Attorney who primarily focuses her practice on civil litigation. Justine's favorite part of private practice is forming an attorney-client relationship which is firmly rooted in trust and achieving client-focused goals. Justine prides herself on her ability to pragmatically view a client's case from start to finish. Prior to joining Gries Lenhardt Allen, Justine worked at a boutique litigation firm in Minneapolis where she worked on matters relating to commercial lease agreements, surety bonds, construction disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and employment law. Justine also has experience handling appellate cases before the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Prior to starting her career as an attorney, Justine served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Catherine A. Trevino of the 10th Judicial District located in Chisago County, Minnesota and as a Managing Editor on the Mitchell Hamline Law Review. Outside the office, Justine enjoys reading, attending live music events, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones.
