David J. Lenhardt

Dave has over thirty years of experience in providing legal advice to individuals and businesses in a broad range of legal practice areas, including business, real estate, banking and construction. He has the legal skills and extensive experience essential to help resolve his clients' business disputes in trials, arbitrations and appeals when necessary. Dave has served as the City Attorney for the City of St. Michael since 1983, advising St. Michael's City Council, Planning Commission, Economic Development Authority and staff in a wide range of municipal issues, including economic development issues, planning and zoning and code enforcement. He is dedicated to helping his clients understand and resolve their legal needs in an efficient and practical way. In his time away from work Dave enjoys bicycling, reading and spending time with his family and friends.
